Lizzy graduated with a BA (Hons) in Dance Studies from Bath Spa University in 2012. Since graduating she has worked for a number of dance companies across the South teaching a variety of ages from children through to adults. Lizzy completed a year long apprenticeship in a regional dance company following graduation, focussing on teaching dance, performance and administration. She then went on to become a freelance dance practitioner for the company and performed with their adult dance collective. She has also been the Company Administrator for an international touring dance company.
